Be the last player standing. Drive your opponents into bankruptcy by owning properties and collecting rent.
๐ฒ Your Turn
Roll two dice and move that many spaces around the board.
Roll doubles and take another turn โ but three doubles in a row sends you to Jail.
After moving, you may build houses, mortgage/unmortgage properties, or offer a trade before ending your turn.
๐ฐ Starting Money & GO
Every player starts with $1,500.
Collect $200 each time you pass or land on GO.
๐ ฟ๏ธ Free Parking
All taxes and fines paid during the game go into the Free Parking pot. Land on Free Parking and collect the entire pot.
๐ธ Taxes
Income Tax (Space 4): Pay $200.
Luxury Tax (Space 38): Pay $100.
๐ Chance & Community Chest
Draw a card and follow its instructions โ collect money, pay fines, move to a new space, or get out of jail free.
๐ Buying
Land on an unowned property and you may buy it at the listed price. Decline and the property stays unowned (no auction in this version).
๐ต Rent
Streets: Pay the base rent shown on the space. Own the full colour group (a monopoly) with no houses and rent doubles. Add houses/hotels to increase rent further.
Utilities: 1 utility = 4ร your dice roll ยท 2 utilities = 10ร your dice roll.
A mortgaged property itself collects no rent โ but your other un-mortgaged properties still do.
Mortgaging any property in a colour group removes the monopoly double-rent bonus from the whole group until it is unmortgaged.
๐ฆ Mortgaging
Mortgage a property for half its purchase price to raise cash.
Only that specific property stops collecting rent โ your other properties are unaffected.
Mortgaging any property in a colour group removes the 2ร monopoly bonus from the whole group until unmortgaged.
You cannot mortgage a street if any property in that colour group has houses โ sell the houses first.
Unmortgage by paying the mortgage value back (ร1.1). The property becomes active again immediately.
๐๏ธ Building Houses & Hotels
You must own a full colour group (monopoly) to build.
Build up to 4 houses on each property, then upgrade to a hotel.
Even-building rule: you must keep house counts as even as possible across the group. You cannot put a second house on one property before every property in the group has at least one.
Sell houses back for half the build cost. The same even rule applies in reverse when selling.
๐ฆ Supply Limits
There are only 32 houses and 12 hotels available in the game.
If the supply runs out, you cannot build more until other players sell buildings back.
๐ Going to Jail
You go to Jail if you:
Land on the Go to Jail space.
Draw a Go to Jail card.
Roll doubles three times in a row.
You are moved directly to Jail and do not collect $200 for passing GO.
๐ Getting Out
Pay the $50 fine before rolling, then move normally.
Use a Get Out of Jail Free card.
Roll doubles โ you move the rolled amount and your turn continues normally.
After 3 failed turns in Jail, you must pay the $50 fine and roll.
You can still collect rent, build, and trade while in Jail.
๐ค Proposing a Trade
During your turn (before ending it) click Trade.
Choose a target player, select properties to offer and/or request, and optionally include cash on either side.
Send the offer โ the other player can Accept or Reject.
You can Cancel the offer before they respond.
๐ Trade Rules
Mortgaged properties can be traded. The new owner takes on the mortgage.
Properties with houses cannot be traded directly โ sell the houses first.
Either player must have enough cash to cover any money they are offering.
๐ Going Bankrupt
If you owe more than you can pay (even after selling houses and mortgaging everything), you must Declare Bankruptcy.
All your properties are returned to the bank (unowned).
You are eliminated from the game.
๐ Winning
The last player who is not bankrupt wins the game.
๐ค Solo Play
Choose how many NPC opponents to add (0โ3) when creating a game. Bots play a simple strategy โ buying everything they can afford.
